Responsible for following recipes, times, and temperatures in order to produce high quality and consistent products.Follow and adhere to all proper food handling procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination.Collaborate with Sous Chef to ensure proper training of Prep and Line Cooks.Ensure the presentation, portioning, food compatibility, garnishes, substitution procedures are followed consistently.Responsible for the quality, quantity, consistency, and timeliness of all food production in the Kitchen.To ensure quantities of outlet foods are adequate for current business levels.
